Mike Schmidt has been teaching as long as he's been creating multimedia projects. His first job in the business was to build and lead a team of student videographers to create original content for the web ... while he was learning the ropes himself. Currently he is an Adjunct Professor at UNC-Chapel Hill in the journalism school and teaches courses that cover audio and video storytelling, web design and motion graphics. He has also held training seminars for journalists at National Public Radio via the Knight Digital Media Foundation and is an instructor at UNC's Multimedia Bootcamp.
